Course Delivery

Digital products (ebooks, software, and other items that are delivered online only) will be delivered via the DeedGrabber Member Site. After purchase, login directions to the member site will be provided by email, allowing immediate access of the purchased item. The item shall remain available at the member site for a period of at least 2 years unless a refund is requested within guidelines below. To recover a lost password, visit the member site and click the “Lost Password” link near the optin box.

Physical products are delivered via UPS, USPS, or Federal Express, and are shipped within 1-3 business days of order.

Return Procedure

Digital: To return a digital (non-shipped) product, please create a support ticket at http://InstantTaxProperty.com/support, and indicate you would like a refund. Refund requests made after this time will not be honored.

You will receive a credit back to the same credit card used for purchase, or a check will be issued in the event a check payment was originally received for the item. We typically process credit card refunds within 2-3 days of receipt of your return request, and an additional 3-4 days may elapse before your bank shows the refund in your account. Any refund checks are sent first-class mail within 7 days of request.

Access in the DeedGrabber Member Center will be revoked for returned products at the time a refund is requested.

Shipped Courses: To return a course that you have received in the mail, you must create a ticket at http://InstantTaxProperty.com/support within 30 days of purchase, indicating your refund request. Refund requests made after this time will not be honored.

You must ship the item, in resaleable condition, back to the return address on the package at your expense. Returned material must be sent within 5 business days of refund request. We will issue a credit to your credit card within 2-3 days of being notified of your return being received, and an additional 3-4 days may elapse before your bank shows the refund in your account. Access to any digital content that came with the returned order, will be revoked immediately upon receiving the refund request.
